Aaron’s Story

Aaron began his career in the real estate industry over 17 years ago while still in High School working summers for a large commercial/industrial brokerage.  Throughout his career, Aaron sold over $200 million in real estate assets and oversaw a portfolio of 1600 multi-family units.  His expertise lies in turning around underperforming agents, brokerages, and property management companies. He has a distinctive understanding of the real estate markets.

 Aaron’s experience working for several large property management companies and owning a Keller Williams Realty franchise gives him a unique perspective. Those skills afforded him the opportunity do consulting with Sales Inc, a leading national leasing company. Aaron’s passion for Real Estate keeps him consulting for all real estate brands including Exit Realty, Berkshire Hathaway, Keller Williams, and others. Aaron enjoys helping agents succeed; many would say that is his passion, he helps many mega agents and teams accomplish their goals and increase their productivity.  Aaron has been using his breadth of experience to act as a  consultant for a variety of businesses, including Real Estate technology start-ups and consumer-based listing sites. His innovative approach and understanding of Real Estate technology makes him highly sought after as both a lecturer, writer, mentor, and coach. Aaron has recently broadened his horizons to helping homebuilders and local home builder associations. 

Aaron’s passion for real estate and business counterbalance his love for traveling, he is an excellent tour guide, cooking, building beautiful relationships with friends, and taking care of his family. He volunteers with many philanthropic organizations.  Including Big Love Little Hearts, who funds heart surgeries for patients in third-world countries. Ronald McDonald Charities of Chicago and Children’s Hospital in Chicago.
